Under the Data & Reporting section of the platform, you can find aggregated data for the event attendance and arrival.
To access the reporting, please navigate to the “Badging & Check-In” tab under the “Data & Reporting” section on the side menu.
The Badging Analytics Data is presented in two dedicated views:
1) Event Attendance - displays aggregated attendance data for the whole event.
2) Event Arrival - displays aggregated arrival data per event day.
Event Attendance
In the Event Attendance analytics tab, the following data will be available:
Registered - All users uploaded as event attendees on the Noodle Live Portal prior to the event start date and time.
Attended - All users who attended the event, where attendance is recorded based on 1) Badge print, 2) Badge Scan or 3) Manual Check-In.
Not Attended - Total number of users who did not attend the event and thus, have not had a badge printed, badge scanned or have not been manually checked-in.
Walk-Ins - All attendees who have been registered for the event onsite via the Quick Register Web App after the event start date and time.
You can export the data by clicking on the green “Export Data” button at the bottom of the box. A spreadsheet containing four separate tabs as categorized above with the relevant attendees will be downloaded to your computer.
Event Arrival
In the Event Arrival analytics tab, the arrival data will be displayed for each event day separately. The following data categories will be available:
You can also further filter the Event Arrival data based on the Attendee Types you have previously created and assigned to attendees.
Click on the “Attendee Type” dropdown menu, select the attendee type you would like to see the data for and click on “Submit”. The data will be filtered and the updated analytics numbers will be displayed.
The Data tabs on the first line provide overall information about the arrival status of the attendees for the specific event day:
Arrived - All attendees who have checked into the event on the specific event day.
Not Arrived - All attendees who have not checked into the event on the specific event day.
Walk-Ins - All attendees who have been registered for the event onsite via the Quick Register Web App on the specific event day.
The Data tabs on the second line categorize attendees based on the method of recording their arrival:
Manual Check-In - Attendees who already had a badge printed at an earlier date but have been manually checked in during the specific event day. Learn more about Manual Check-In here.
Badge Print - Attendees who had their badge printed during the specific event day.
Badge Scan - Attendees who had their badge scanned during the specific event day.
You can export the Event Arrival data by clicking on the green “Export Data” button at the bottom of each event day box. A spreadsheet consisting of six separate tabs of data corresponding to the items listed above will be downloaded to your computer.
