You can find a general summary of attendee engagement in the Attendees menu found in the Data & Reporting section of the left hand side navigation bar.
The page is presented as an event leaderboard.
The 'Top Attendees' section at the upper part of the page provides top 5 lists of attendees spread into 3 categories:
Overall Engagement - a list of the 5 attendees who generally interacted with the most things throughout the event
Sessions - a list of the 5 attendees who have checked into the most sessions
Exhibitors - a list of the 5 attendees who have had the most interactions with exhibitors
The 'Full Data' section found below shows the list of all event attendees in alphabetical order and their interactions with different aspects of the event.
Next to each attendee's name you will find the following details:
First Check-In - the date of the attendee's initial check-in into the event itself
Days Attended - the total number of days the attendee was present at the event
Sessions Attended - the total number of sessions the attendee has checked into throughout the duration of the event
Exhibitors Visited - the total number of exhibitors that have scanned the attendee as a lead.
Engagement Score - the sum of all previous metrics showing the attendee's overall engagement with the event
By clicking on the green 'View Journey' button you would be able to see a timeline of every recorded interaction for a specific attendee corresponding to each time their badge has been scanned or they have checked in or out of sessions.
