📈Session Scanning Data

To access the reporting, please navigate to the Session Scanning tab under the Data & Reporting section on the side menu.

The Session Scanning Data is separated into two main views.

1) Quick View - here you can access the aggregated data for the whole event.

2) Location View - here you can access the data specific to all locations previously created and available on the event.

Quick View

Тhe following data will be available in the Quick View analytics tab:

  • Total Live Count - shows the total number of active attendees that are currently checked into sessions. Total Live Count = Check-Ins - Check-Outs.

  • Check-Ins - shows the total number of check-ins

  • Check-Outs - shows the total number of check-outs

  • Late Arrivals - shows the total number of attendees who have checked into any of the sessions after their starting time.

  • Walk-Ins - shows the number of attendees who have been checked into sessions despite not being part of the original attendee list.

You can filter the data in the Quick View panel based on:

  • Locations - click on the Locations dropdown menu, select the location you would like to see the data for and click on Filter. The data will be filtered and the updated analytics numbers will be displayed.

  • Event Day - click on the Event Day dropdown menu, select the day you would like to see the data for and click on Filter. The data will be filtered and the updated analytics numbers will be displayed.

Location View

You are also able to view the data consolidated for individual locations and sessions:

The Location View displays the following data points for each session associated with the relevant location:

  • Session Name: the name of every individual session that has taken place at that location at a given date,

  • Capacity Settings: if capacity control has been enabled for the session, this column will list the pre-set maximum session capacity in terms of available seats.

  • Live Count: the total number of active attendees that are currently checked into the session.

  • Check-In: the total number of check-ins for the respective session.

  • Check-Out: the total number of check-outs for the respective session.

  • Late Arrivals: the total number of attendees that checked into the session after its starting time as defined in the system.

  • Early Departures: the total number of attendees that checked out of the session before its ending time as defined in the system.

  • Walk-Ins: the total number of attendees that registered for the session onsite.

  • Available: the total number of available remaining seats, if capacity control is enabled.

  • Attendance: overall attendance calculated as the sum of all session check-ins and walk-ins.

Exporting Data

All of the session scanning data can be easily exported and downloaded in an editable format.

Several session scanning data reports are available.

  • RAW Session Logs - a detailed report for the duration of the whole event showcasing every single session scanning interaction. It lists all available data in a single spreadsheet. Please click on the yellow "Download RAW Session Logs" button at the top of the page to download the report.

Under each session location table, the following further data reports are available:

  • You can download the data for specific sessions only by selecting them in the session list under the relevant location and clicking on Download Selected button. The downloaded spreadsheet has the following data structure.

  • You can download all of the data related to the specific location you are currently viewing by clicking on the Download Summary button. The downloaded spreadsheet has the following data structure.

  • You can download the User Attendance Report for the specific location by clicking the yellow User Attendance Report button - this data report lists all attendees with their uploaded information and the attended sessions for each location.
