We’re thrilled to launch our Integrations Marketplace!
As part of our commitment to making Noodle Live more versatile and connected, we’re launching an Integrations Marketplace on our platform. This new feature will allow users to enable and configure integrations with external solutions, all directly from within the Noodle Live platform.
How It Works:
Account-Level Configuration: Integrations will initially be set up at the account level, where API authentication (via API key) enables secure data exchange between platforms.
Event-Level Configuration: Customize event-specific data mapping for attendees, attendee types, custom fields, sessions and other relevant information from integrated platforms.
A dedicated “Integrations” section will be accessible for easy integration management.
Our First Partner: Swoogo
We’re excited to announce that Swoogo will be the first platform available in our Integrations Marketplace, providing attendee and session data synchronization. Plus, you can sync event check-ins to Swoogo for tracking attendance.

Stay tuned—additional integrations with other platforms will be coming soon, offering more ways to extend Noodle Live’s capabilities for event management.
New:
Streamlined Badge Setup:
The Registration (Badging) Wizard has been replaced with a simplified badge configuration page, streamlining the setup process and making badge configuration and template creation more intuitive.
Attendee Photo Management and Integration:
Introduced a new “Attendee Photo” field for individual uploads, bulk imports, and integration support. Photos can be displayed in attendee views, Quick Register, and badges.
External Identifier for Attendees:
We’ve introduced an optional External Identifier field for attendees, providing a unique ID to manage multiple registrants. This field is available in attendee imports, exports, and check-in/downloads, and works with integrations.
Session Logs:
A new Session Logs section has been added under the Agenda panel, displaying a log of session updates such as creation, title, time, and location changes. The logs are presented in a sortable table with timestamp, action, and user email.
Total Checked-In Attendees in Quick Register:
A new option in Quick Register settings displays the total number of checked-in attendees. This statistic updates every 30 seconds.
Improvements:
Alphabetized Exhibitor List in Lead Capture Reporting:
Exhibitor Company Names in Lead Capture Reporting are now sorted alphabetically by default, with sortable columns for flexible viewing.
Profile Picture Removal Option:
Added a remove icon for quick removal of attendee profile pictures.
Improved Image Behaviour in Badge Designer:
The badge designer now supports multiple image elements, allowing you to add unlimited images to a template. Images will automatically scale down to fit the design area while preserving their original aspect ratio.
Real-Time Sync for Attendee Reporting:
Improved the synchronization speed for attendee journey data, including days attended, sessions attended, and exhibitors visited. These updates now reflect in real-time to provide immediate insights.
Lead Capture Success Screen Timing:
Reduced the success screen display time to 0.5 seconds to improve the lead scanning speed. This update helps streamline the scanning process when scanning multiple leads in quick succession.
Alphabetized Filter Values:
Attendee Types filter values are now alphabetized across multiple sections, including the Attendee List, Badging & Check-In Reporting, Attendee Reporting, Lead Capture Dashboards and Session Assignments providing a more organized experience.
NFC Tag ID Assignment Validation:
When assigning NFC tags in Quick Register, the system now checks if the tag ID is already in use. If the tag is assigned to another attendee, an error message with the name of the current tag holder will appear, allowing the user to cancel and reassign the tag.
Fixes:
Check-In Time Display in Quick Reg:
The Check-In time is now correctly displayed on the confirmation page after performing Badge+Check-In, Check-In (Staffed) and Print Badge (Self-Print) functions.
Lead Capture Display Enhancements:
The Scanning app (Lead Capture) now correctly displays lead information If either the job title or company name is missing, only the available data is shown.
Badge Check-In Time Duplication in Exports:
When using the Badge+Check-In (Staffed) or Print Badge (Self-Print) functions, the Badging & Check-In exports now correctly display only one check-in time per instance.
Custom QR Code issue:
Fixed an issue where Custom QR codes failed to display. Custom QR codes are now correctly generated, and scanning them is successful.
Badges Printed by Location Dashlet Fix:
The "Badges Printed by Location" dashlet now correctly increments the count by +1 only in the "Bulk Print" bar during bulk prints, instead of incrementing both the "Unspecified" and "Bulk Print" bars.
Attendee Journey Log Auto-Refresh:
The attendee journey log no longer closes when the page auto-refreshes.
Individual Session Assignment Import Fix:
The issue with importing individual attendee schedules in the Session Assignment section has been resolved. After importing the file, session assignments are now correctly updated in the system.
