The Noodle Live Portal is a web platform which allows event organisers and professionals to quickly set up their events for badge printing, onsite attendee registration, lead retrieval, session scanning and more.
The platform allows for different products to be enabled at the account, or event level, depending on the specific needs and requirements. An overview of each is presented below.
Badging Product
The Badging Product combines different functionalities to provide a seamless badge printing and onsite registration process for both - event organisers and event attendees.
It is a powerful tool which allows you to setup and manage all aspects of the event check-in and onsite registration process in a single space. And it takes just a couple of steps!
Badge Personalisation
You can design and personalise your event badges / labels directly in the platform.
Badge Printing
Printing badges onsite with the Noodle Platform is quick and easy.
You can fully customise your printing setup and flow - the platform is compatible with both - self-print kiosks as well as staffed badging stations.
Self-print kiosks allow attendees to scan a unique QR Code, communicated prior to the event, at the relevant station which automatically prints their badge / label.
Staffed stations allow a dedicated registration host to verify the attendee details and print their badge in two quick steps.
Onsite Registration
In addition to badge printing, the Quick Register web app also allows you to do the following:
Register any new attendees as walk-ins or edit pre-registered attendees' details.
Create locations at the spot for different badging stations to be assigned to.
Set up a single set of credentials used by all staff members at the staffed badging stations in order to speed up and simplify their operation.
Lead Capture
The Lead Capture functionalities of the Noodle Live Scanning App and web platform are a powerful tool which offers an advanced experience for exhibitors, sponsors and partners.
In addition to the standard Lead Retrieval function with custom screen graphics and branding, multiple other upgrades are available:
Lead Grading - Enables one-to-five star rating for newly captured leads.
Lead Notes - Enables the option to input notes for each lead.
Document Share - Enables the option to select from pre-defined list and send documents as soon as capturing a lead.
Send E-mail - Allows for automatically sending a pre-configured email to all or selected leads.
The Noodle Live Scanning Application also offers a streamlined experience for Exhibitor Representatives to capture leads.
Session Scanning
Session Scanning allows you to check-in and check-out attendees from sessions or locations throughout the event. Multiple advanced options can be enabled, such as automatic rollover between sessions, session access and capacity control.
You can also fully customise and brand the screen graphics for each session or groups of sessions displayed in the Scanning Application.
The Noodle Live Scanning Application also makes it extremely easy for Session Admins to scan attendees in/out of sessions onsite.
Data & Reporting
And the best part is - all onsite event interactions are captured and made available under the Badging tab, found in the Data & Reporting module.
Event Attendance Data
Real-time event attendance & arrival data is available in the Web Portal in an aggregated format for quick preview. Detailed reports which can be further filtered and customised can be downloaded for overall attendance or event day arrival as an Excel file.
Lead Capture Data
Lead Capture Data is available in both - the Noodle Live Scanning Application and the Web Portal.
Exhibitor Admins are able to view all their leads as well as the ones captured by team mates in the Quick Data section into the app.
The data is also available in the Noodle Live Portal where the relevant reports can be further filtered and customised prior to downloading in an editable format.
Session Scanning Data
Similarly, Session Scanning Data is available in both - the Noodle Live Scanning Application and the Web Portal.
Session Admins are able to view aggregated session analytics in real-time under the Quick Data section into the app.
The data is also available in the Noodle Live Portal where the relevant reports can be further filtered and customised prior to downloading in an editable format.
