Account Admin - People assigned administrative control of a company account on the Noodle Live platform. Capable of managing every aspect of the account as well as adding or removing more specific roles within that account's structure.
Agenda – Within the Noodle Live platform ‘Agenda’ refers to the sessions and corresponding locations attendees will be checked in / out of and tracked attendance for.
Attendee Types - Groupings of attendees based on a specific attribute such as their company name, job title or role at an event (e.g Speakers, Sponsors, Delegates). Used for assigning entire groups of attendees to different agendas, locations or badge/label templates. It's mandatory for an attendee to be assigned an attendee type.

Data Controller – An exhibitor admin allowed access to the reporting portion of the Noodle Live platform with the option to export all lead retrieval data captured by company's exhibitor representatives during the event.
Data Fields - Custom categories of attendee information, not available in the Noodle system by default, which can be added as attributes for grouping attendees or simply for printing additional information on attendees' badges.

Event Admin - A system user assigned administrative control over a specific event, capable of fully managing the event details and configuration, as well as providing access to additional team members.
Event Groups - Sets of events grouped by a certain criteria such as region (e.g. EMEA Events), reporting period (e.g. Q3 Events), assigned event team or department. Configurations and settings can be copied between events in the same group. It's mandatory for an event to be a part of an event group.
Exhibitor – Represents a company taking part in a specific event, collecting data through the process of scanning leads.
Exhibitor Admin - An app user assigned as a representative of an exhibitor company. Able to capture lead data through scanning attendee badges and export the data post-event if given permission as a data controller.

Lead Capture - The process of collecting attendee information at an event for marketing or business purposes by scanning their badges using the Noodle Live scanning app.
Location - Within the Noodle Live platform, 'Location' refers to the event venue areas where different sessions take place.

Noodle Admin - A Noodle Live employee with administrative access to all accounts and events on the platform.
Noodle Live Scanning App – The mobile app used for lead retrieval, session scanning and access control. Users with access to the app do not necessarily have access to the Noodle Live platform.

Printer Name – A sort of ‘alias’ given by an event admin to a specific printing device during setup, used for easily identifying that device when required.
PrintNode - The software enabling the printing process through the Noodle Live platform. Used to easily connect one device to multiple printers and identification of all printing devices within the system.
PrintNode ID - The unique ID number of each printer connected to a device (laptop / tablet). Automatically generated by the PrintNode software upon logging in and connecting the devices.
Q
QR Code Badges – Badges with a QR code printed on them allowing for scanning attendees (event check-in, session scanning and access control, lead retrieval).
Quick Register - The Noodle Live web app for printing attendee badges on-demand, registering walk-ins and manually checking attendees into the event.

Registration admin - A system user only given access to the Quick Register portion of the Noodle Live platform, able to print attendee badges on-demand and add / edit attendee information (only if enabled by an event admin in the Quick Register Setup section of portal).
Registration wizard - The section of the Noodle Live platform dedicated to selecting preferred registration setup and badge stock customisation. Based on the selections, the certain configurations of the event are automatically pre-configured.
RFID badges - Badges with an embedded NFC chip assigned to a specific attendee during registration allowing for direct scan of the badge with any NFC-enabled device.

Session Admin - A user only able to access the Noodle Live scanning mobile application for the purpose of scanning attendees in / out of sessions and enforcing access control.
Session Scanning - The process of scanning attendee badges in order to check them in or out of different sessions and locations throughout the event, as well as enforcing access control in the cases of pre-assigned / personalised agendas.
