Quick Register is the dedicated section of the platform intended for printing participants’ badges on-site and registering new attendees as walk-ins.
Prior to accessing the Quick Register web app, you would first need to configure your preferred Quick Register Settings.
To access the Quick Register Setup section:
On the side navigation menu, expand the Badging & Check-In section
Click on Quick Register Setup

The overview page presents the following options.
Registration Setup Selection
This section provides an overview of your registration setup on-site, depending on your previous selections in the Registration Wizard. It lists the badge stock and equipment items you would need for your badging stations.
In case you would like to change the current setup, please click on the “Change Registration Setup Selection” button. You will be redirected back to the Registration Wizard to update your preferences.
On the Day Settings
The settings available under this section allow you to enable or disable the option to register new attendees or edit the attendees’ details on-site via Quick Register.
Both options are disabled by default.
Check the “On The Day Registration” box to enable the option to register new attendees.
Check the “Edit Registration” box to enable the option to edit attendees’ details.
Check the "Allow Check-In Without Badge Print” box to enable the option to check in attendees without badge printing.
Check the "Allow Badge Print Without Check-In" box to enable the option to print badges without checking attendees in.
When these options are enabled, the following buttons will become available in the Quick Register web app:
Admin View - Located at the top right corner of the page. Allows users with the appropriate access levels to view different parts of the Noodle Live platform.
Create attendee - Located at the top right corner of the page. Allows you to add an attendee as a walk-in.
Badge + Check In - Allows for simultaneously checking an attendee in the moment their badge is printed.
Check In - Checks attendee in.
Badge Print - Prints badge without checking the attendee in.
Edit - Allows editing an attendee's details.
Field Display
Under this section, you will define:
Which user fields will be used to search for attendees in Quick Register.
Which user fields will be displayed on the Quick Register confirmation page after printing a badge for an attendee.
You can also specify a custom field that can be used as an identifier when the information in it is contained in a QR code available to attendees prior to the event (most commonly at self print badging stations with a QR code scanner available).
Quick Register Search
Please check the boxes of all fields you would like to be used for the purpose of searching for attendees in the Quick Register list on-site.
Confirmation Page
Please check the box for all fields you would like to be displayed on the Quick Register confirmation page after printing a badge.
Once you have selected your preferred fields, please make sure to click the “Update Selection” button. A confirmation message will be displayed at the top of the page.
