Once you have uploaded your Attendee List the final step in the process would be to send an email to all attendees with their QR code required for their initial check into the event and badge print.
This can be done by navigating to the Attendee Management menu found in the Email Management section on the left-hand side navigation bar.
This would open a page showing the 'Email Configuration' box on the left hand side and the 'Preview' box on the right.
There are several things that can be done in the 'Email Configuration' box:
1. Define the Sender email address in the "Email From" field
Please note that all emails generated in the Noodle Live Portal will always be sent from the following Noodle-domain email address: [email protected] and on behalf of the company name you specify in the "Email From" field.
A default Email template will already be available for use. You can decide whether you would like to further customise the email template or directly use the default version.
2. modify the Subject Line and the Email Body as you see fit (you can also use an HTML email template).
3. Use the available Variables to personalise the template by displaying dynamic data.
Please insert the {$QR_Code} variable into the body of your email in order to indicate where you would like the QR Code to display.
Once you have designed your email template, click on the "Save & Preview" option to ensure it displays correctly.
Once you have done this you will see a preview of the template that you have created in the 'Preview' box on the right.
You can also send a test email to any e-mail address to preview how the template would actually look. For the purpose, enter the recipient email address in the "Send a Test Email" field and click the green Send icon.
Once you are happy with the email template, you can send it to all attendees by clicking the "Send to Attendees" button.
You can also enable the "Send QR Code automatically to new attendees" option at the bottom of the page to ensure the email will be automatically sent to any newly added attendees.
