📄Uploading Attendees

You can mange your Event Attendees under the Attendees section of the platform.

You can import your attendee list in bulk once it's populated in a spreadsheet or you can add attendees and edit attendee details individually.

All available options are presented below.

Importing Attendees

To import your attendee list in bulk:

1. Please navigate to the “Attendees” section on the navigation menu

2. Click on the “Download Import Guide” button at the top right - this will download an Excel template with instructions on how to populate your attendee list and import it into the system.

3. Populate all mandatory attendee fields and add any additional information in the custom fields.

Please do not remove any tabs or modify the structure of the template. Simply populate the data of the attendees and save the file.

4. Save the updated file and click on the “Import Attendees” button found in the Quick Actions section at the top of the page.

5. Select your attendee list for upload and click on “Save”.

6. All versions of the attendee list imported so far would be available in the collapsible "Attendee Imports" section.

In case there are any errors (such as duplicate email addresses), they will be displayed on the page.

7. Otherwise, upon successful import, the attendee list will be loaded and will become available on the page.

Add Individual Attendees

To add a new attendee manually:

1. Click on the Add Attendee button found in the Quick Actions section

2. Fill out the attendee details - first name, last name, email address, attendee type are mandatory fields.

3. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

4. All newly added attendees will be available on the overview page.

5. Using the Options menu, you can always modify an attendee’s details or delete a user from the list.

Export Attendees

You can click on the Export Attendees button found in the Quick Actions section at the top of the page to download a list that is a summary of all of the attendees.

Please note that the list generated by the Export Attendees button does not adhere to our system's requirements and uploading it back in an attempt to add to make changes to your current attendee list will result in errors.

Delete Attendees

You have the option to remove selected or all attendees from the event.

To delete selected attendees:

1. Select all users you would like to remove under the "Attendees" list

2. Click the "Delete Selected Attendees" button on the Quick Actions menu

3. Confirm the deletion action - the attendee will be removed from the event.

To delete all attendees:

1. Click on the "Delete All Attendees" button available on the "Quick Actions" menu

2. Confirm the deletion action

All attendees will be removed from the event and a success message will be displayed at the top of the page.
