📄Editing & Exporting Admins

Session Admins are dedicated session scanning operators - they are granted permission to scan attendees in / out of specific sessions during the event.

Session Admins will use the Noodle Live Scanning App to check attendees in / out of sessions.

Once you have created your session admins list - either individually or in bulk, you can further edit, delete or export them.

As a first step, please navigate to the "Scanning Admins" section on the navigation menu under your event.

Exporting Admins

To export your existing session admin list:

1. Click on the "Export" button available in the Quick Actions menu.

2. An excel file containing a list of all session admins uploaded under the event will be downloaded to your computer.

3. The file contains the list of all available on the event session admins with their details - First Name, Last Name and Email Address.

Editing Admins

To edit certain session admins details:

1. Navigate to the "Session Scanning Admins List" table at the bottom of the "Scanning Admins" page.

2. Click on the yellow "Edit" icon next to the admin whose details you would like to modify.

3. Modify the relevant admin's details and click on the "Save & Close" button at the bottom of the page.

4. The updated session admin's details will be displayed in the "Session Scanning Admins List" table.

Please note that you cannot modify the email address of an existing admin.

Instead, the admin will need to be removed from the event and re-added with the correct email address.

Deleting Admins

You can also remove already created session admins.

1. Navigate to the "Session Scanning Admins List" table at the bottom of the "Scanning Admins" page.

2. Click on the red "Delete" icon next to the admin whose details you would like to remove.

3. You will be prompted to confirm your action.

  • Click on "YES" to proceed with the deletion.

  • Click on "Don't delete" to cancel.

4. Once deleted, the relevant session admin will no longer be available in the "Session Scanning Admins List" table.

Resetting Credentials

All Session Admins will need access to the Noodle Live Scanning Application in order to check attendees in or out of sessions.

To be able to log into the applications, all admins must be sent an email from the system with their Scanning App login credentials. Learn more about the process here.

In order to reset any of the admin's login credentials, you can use the available option:

1. Navigate to the "Session Scanning Admins List" table at the bottom of the "Scanning Admins" page.

2. Click on the green "Reset" icon next to the admin whose credentials you would like to reset.

3. Confirm your action when prompted.

The login credentials will be successfully reset.
