📄Event List and Products

Once you log into the Noodle Live Portal, you will be redirected to the landing Event List page.

Here you can see a list of all the events you have previously created or have been added to as an Admin.

On the navigation menu at the top of the page, you have the option to filter the displayed event list depending on the product categories that have been enabled for the respective events.

Clicking on each respective category will filter out the event entries as follows:

  • Event List - displays a list of all the events you have access to.

  • Badging - displays a list of all your events where the Badging product is enabled.

  • Session Scanning - displays a list of all your events where the Session Scanning product is enabled.

  • Lead Capture - displays a list of all your events where the Lead Capture product is enabled.

At top right corner of the page, you have the option to:

  • Create a new event by clicking the green “Add new event” button.

  • Search for an event by typing the event name in the search field.

All your future events with their respective details will be listed under the “Upcoming Events” section at the top of the page.

All your current events will be listed under the "In Progress Events" section.

To navigate to the respective event, please click on “View Event”. You will then be redirected to the “Event Info” section for the selected event.

Depending on the completion status of your event, you can also click on:

  • Registration Wizard - you will be redirected to a page where you can specify your registration and badge stock preferences.

  • Begin Event Registration - you will be redirected to configure your printing stations.

Further below on the page, all your events will be available under their respective Event Groups:

For each event, you can:

  • Click on any of the enabled product categories under the “Product Configuration” section to be redirected to set up the respective product.

  • Click on the Settings button under the “Event Details” section to get redirected to the Event Info section.

  • View the total numbers of already uploaded data items such as the number of attendees, exhibitors and sessions.

You can also:

  • Duplicate an event by clicking the green button at the top right corner of the event box.

  • Anonymise the event data by clicking the red button at the top right corner of the event box.

Note that duplicating or anonymising events is a granted permission only to Account Admins.
