You can add session scanning devices by navigating to the Devices section under the Session Scanning part of the left hand side menu.
In this section you are able to add any number of virtual devices (not bound to a specific scanning admin).
Each of these virtual devices comes with a QR code which, when scanned with an actual, physical device, is used to log in the scanning device in the application.
First, navigate to the Devices section on the navigation menu.
The 'Quick View' section at the top of the page is where you define the number of session scanning devices required by simply typing into the 'Devices Count' box.
The selected number of virtual devices then appears in the 'Devices' list below.
You can then change the name of a virtual device so that it corresponds to a specific admin, location, etc.
When an admin is ready to be assigned a device, all they have to do is to scan the QR code corresponding to a specific virtual device and they should be ready for scanning.
