📄Import Exhibitors & Admins

In addition to creating Exhibitors and Admins individually, you can also import your complete exhibitor list in bulk - just follow the steps listed below.

Download Exhibitors Template

Prior to uploading your exhibitor list in bulk, as a first step, please download the exhibitor import template from the system.

1. Click the “Download Exhibitors Template” button available in the “Quick Actions” menu

2. An excel template file, containing all relevant exhibitor fields, will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

3. Open the file and follow the instructions on the front page to populate the template.

4. Fill out the exhibitor company and exhibitor admin details (mandatory details are marked with the * symbol):

  • Company Name - the name of the exhibitor company.

  • Admin First Name - the first name of the exhibitor admin associated with the populated exhibitor company

  • Admin Surname - the last name of the exhibitor admin associated with the populated exhibitor company

  • Admin Email - the email address of the exhibitor admin associated with the populated exhibitor company

  • Data Controller - determines whether an exhibitor admin would have administrative access to the generated lead data.

Note: In case you have multiple exhibitor admins that need to be associated with the same exhibitor company, please make sure to populate the admins’ details in separate rows and copy-paste the exhibitor company on each relevant row in the “Company Name” column.

5. Once the list has been completed, save the file and proceed to the next section to import your exhibitor list.

Import Exhibitors

Once you have populated the exhibitor template file with all exhibitor companies and admins, please proceed as follows:

1. Click on the “Import Exhibitors” button under the “Quick Actions” menu.

2. In the pop-up window, click on “Choose File

3. Locate and select the exhibitor list file on your computer

4. Click on the “Import” button

5. Upon successful import:

  • A success message will be displayed at the top of the page.

  • The processed file will be added to the “Exhibitors Imports” section on the page.

  • You will also receive a confirmation email with a summary of the processed data.

All newly created exhibitor companies will now be available under the “Exhibitor List” section, tab “Exhibitors” at the bottom of the page.
