In addition to individually creating sessions and locations, you can use the bulk import option available in the platform.
As a first step, please navigate to your event in the Noodle Live Portal and click on the "Agenda" tab.

Download Agenda Template
Prior to uploading your agenda, download the session template file by clicking on the “Download Agenda Template” button in the “Quick Actions” section.
A template spreadsheet file will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
1. Open the file and follow the instructions in the “Front Sheet” tab to populate the session details.
2. Fill out all mandatory session details (marked with a * symbol):
Session Name - the name of the session
Session Location - the location of the session
Session Start Date - the start date of the session in the format dd/mm/yyyy
Session Start Time - the start time of the session in the format hh:mm
Session End Date - the end date of the session in the format dd/mm/yyyy
Session End Time - the end time of the session in the format hh:mm
Session Booking - if access control will be used for certain sessions, please type "Y" for all relevant sessions. If access control will not be used, type "N".
Session Capacity - if enabled for certain sessions, please enter the maximum capacity for all relevant sessions.
3. Once all details have been populated, save the file and proceed to the next section to import your agenda list.
Please do not modify the spreadsheet structure in any way. Simply add the sessions you would like to create on separate rows, populate all relevant details and save the file.
Import Sessions
Once your session list has been created, you can import it in the system, following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the “Quick Actions” menu and click on the “Import Sessions” button.
2. Select the XLSX file containing the session list and click on “Save”.
A success message will appear at the top of the page and the file will be displayed under the "Agenda Imports" table with the relevant processing status.
A collapsible list of all uploaded session lists showing any potential errors that might have occurred will be available for future reference and quick access to the uploaded files.
All newly added sessions will become available under the “Event Agenda” section at the bottom of the page.
All newly created locations will be available under the 'Locations' tab above the uploads list (you can toggle between 'Agenda' and 'Locations' to view lists of both the sessions and locations you have created on the same page).
