📄Create Session Locations

Session Locations can be managed from the Quick Actions item under the "Agenda" section.

As a first step, navigate to the Agenda section on the navigation menu under the Session Scanning tab.

1. Click on the “Add Location” button on the Quick Actions menu.

2. Enter the Location Name in the relevant field

3. Select the sessions available under the “Session List” that you would like to associate with the location.

  • You can also use the available Search field to quickly find the sessions you are looking for.

4. Click on “Save & Close” at the bottom of the page - a success message will display at the top of the page.

All newly created locations will be available under the 'Locations' tab above the uploads list (you can toggle between 'Agenda' and 'Locations' to view lists of both the sessions and locations you have created on the same page).

You can also use the options available under the “Actions” menu to further manage the created session locations.

Edit the location

Update the Location Name and associate / dissociate sessions with the respective location

Delete the location

When you click on the delete button, a confirmation window will be displayed. If you would like to proceed, click on “YES”.
