📄Import Attendee Schedule

Under the Session Assignment section available in the Session Scanning Module, you can create attendees schedules individually or in bulk.

As a first step, go to to the Session Assignment tab on your event and navigate to the Quick Actions menu.

Before importing your individual user schedule, please make sure to use the available template in the platform.

Download Attendee Schedule Template

1. Click on the “Download Attendee Template” button in the Quick Actions menu

2. A templated spreadsheet will be downloaded to your computer.

3. Populate the email addresses of the attendees in the “Attendee Email” column and the associated session name in the “Session Name” column.

4. Save the file once you have completed the attendee's schedule.

Please do not modify the structure of the template or remove any of the available columns. Simply populate the data and save the file.

Import Schedule

Once you have downloaded and populated the relevant attendee schedule template, you can import it into the platform.

1. Click on the “Import Schedule” button in the Quick Actions menu.

2. In the pop-up window, select "Attendee Schedule" in the “Select Schedule Type” dropdown menu.

3. Click on “Choose File” under the Upload File section. Select the file containing the schedule you would like to upload.

4. Click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the window.

A success message will be displayed at the top of the page and the attendee schedule file will be added to the processing queue under in the "Schedule Imports" table.

Once imported, the newly created schedule will be available in the “Individual User Schedules” table at the bottom of the page.
