This release introduces a redesigned welcome screen, an in-app onboarding guide to help users get started quickly, and multiple flexible login options for exhibitors, ensuring seamless access to the Lead Capture module.


New:

  • Updated Welcome Screen:

    • The app now launches with a redesigned welcome screen featuring a more intuitive layout, allowing users to choose between “Attendance Tracking” for session management and “Lead Retrieval” for exhibitors. A new in-app guide is also included to support onboarding, providing users with step-by-step guidance to get started confidently.

  • Exhibitor Login Options:

    • Exhibitors now have three flexible login options, ensuring quick access to the Lead Capture app. Depending on the event setup, they can scan their badge to log in with an NFC badge or wristband, their check-in QR code, or by verifying their email through a magic link or a temporary six-digit code.

  • Exhibitor Data Controller Login:

    • Exhibitor Data Controllers can now access the web portal using the same simple email verification method as in the Lead Capture app.

Improvements:

  • Agenda Timezone Update Prompt:

    • Updating an event’s timezone now gives organizers the option to either adjust agenda times to the new timezone or keep the original times unchanged, offering flexibility in managing sessions.

  • Persistent Sessions in Mobile Apps:

    • The app has been updated to maintain user sessions for both Attendance Tracking and Lead Retrieval. Users will now remain logged in and return to their last visited event, with automatic logout occurring only after 48 hours of inactivity.
