This release delivers a fully upgraded Custom Data Fields system, enhanced attendee and lead management, expanded reporting, and Swoogo integration improvements. Additional optimisations and fixes simplify workflows, improve visibility of data, and ensure accurate reporting across Registration, Lead Capture, Badging, and analytics.
New:
Custom Data Field Types:
Organizers can now configure expanded field types and apply them seamlessly throughout Quick Register, Attendee Creation, Lead Capture, and Reports. This upgrade enables richer, more flexible data structures while ensuring full control over field visibility and behavior across the platform.
This includes:
New field types including Dropdowns, Checkboxes, Radio Buttons, URLs, Date Pickers, and File Uploads - all of which can be used across the platform.
Lead Capture now supports the new custom data field types, allowing fields to display correctly in the app, including external links and file downloads.
Enhanced reporting, with each custom field appearing as its own column across Badging & Check-In, Session Scanning, and Lead Capture reports.
QR Check-Ins KPI:
Based on feedback, a new KPI has been added in Badging & Check-In Reports, showing the total number of attendees who used QR codes to check-in.
Optimisations:
File Download from Attendees Reports:
You can now download all files uploaded against attendees, either individually or in bulk for the entire attendee list. Download links are available in Attendees Reports. When you select Download, the system compiles the files and delivers them to the email associated with your account.
Bulk Creation of Exhibitor Admins as Attendees:
Exhibitor admins can now be automatically created as attendees during import using two new columns in the Exhibitors Template:
“Add as Attendee” – Y/N to determine if an admin should be created as an attendee
“Attendee Type” – assigns the relevant attendee type
Badge Print Reporting:
Badge Prints are now consistently reported across all dashboards and analytics. Every individual print is counted, including consecutive prints for the same attendee, ensuring that Event Attendance, Daily Analytics, and Dashboards reflect the gross number of prints accurately.
Swoogo Data Field Values Now Visible in Attendee Edit View
When the Swoogo integration is active, custom data fields values pulled from Swoogo are now displayed in the Attendee Edit view.
Updated Agenda and Exhibitor Import Templates:
The Agenda and Exhibitors import templates have been updated to CSV format and now include a guidance pop-up when downloading the template.
Exhibitor Admin Linking and Attendee Creation:
Creation of exhibitor admins that already registered as attendees are now automatically linked to use the same QR/NFC tag. The “Add as Attendee” function will create a new attendee only if no matching attendee exists.
Fixes:
Badge Template Error in Staffed Badging Station:
Attempting to Badge + Check-In or Print for an Attendee Type without a badge template assigned now shows the error within the Staffed Badging Station instead of redirecting to the Self-Service Badge Station.
Corrected Lead Rating Display:
Lead Grading now only appears depending on template configuration, keeping the mobile app aligned with the selection.
Walk-In Attendees Now Sync correctly from Swoogo to Noodle:
Previously, attendees registered as walk-ins directly in Swoogo were not being synced to Noodle, resulting in missing records. This issue has been resolved - walk-in attendees now correctly appear in our platform.
