Exciting New Updates: Branded Emails, Digital Passes, and More for Your Event
We're continuing to enhance your event experience by giving you more control over communication, access, and data visibility for attendees. This release introduces branded email capabilities, a downloadable digital pass, and a new unified login interface for our scanning apps.
New:
Branded Emails:
You can now upload a custom logo per event for all system emails. A colour picker has also been added, allowing you to customise the header and footer colours to match your event branding.
Digital Pass:
Attendees can now receive a downloadable Digital Pass (PDF) directly in their check-in email. The pass includes their QR code (Noodle or Custom), and key personal details, helping to streamline on-site check-in. The label on the download button is able to be customised.
Single Login Interface for Scanning App:
A unified and redesigned login interface has been introduced for the Scanning App. Users will be directed to either Lead Capture or Session Scanning based on their credentials.
Improvements:
Lead Capture: Interest Selection
A new "Enable Lead Interest Tag" toggle has been added to Lead Capture scanning templates. When enabled, “Interested” and “Not Interested” buttons appear during lead capture, allowing you to flag attendees based on their engagement.
Session Logs Update:
When importing sessions, the user who uploaded the file is now displayed in the "User" column. Location renames generate a single log entry, and session deletions are now also recorded.
External Identifier added to Quick Register:
The 'External Identifier' field has been added to Quick Register Settings, making it searchable (including via QR code scan lookup) and available for display in Quick Register.
Option to Download Session & Exhibitor Upload Files:
Uploaded exhibitor and session files can now be downloaded from the “Exhibitor Imports” and “Session Imports” sections.
Editable Attendee Email Addresses:
Attendee email addresses can now be edited, allowing organizers to correct typos or update email addresses after attendees are imported or manually registered.
Session Export Naming Convention Update:
The naming conventions for session exports have been updated to allow for longer file names.
Custom Fields in Lead Capture App:
A new option during data field configuration allows custom fields to appear directly in the Lead Capture app. When the "Show in Lead Capture App" setting is enabled for a field, its value will display during lead capture scans.
Fixes:
Session Auto Rollover Transfers:
Attendees are no longer rolled over into next-day sessions.
Quick Register TAG ID Prompt:
Quick Register now properly prompts for TAG ID assignment when Wristband Mode is enabled.
Label Size Display in Badge Configuration:
The label sizes reflected in the Badge Personalisation Selection have been corrected to show the new display format(height/length).
