Overview
The label personalisation badges are premium eco paper (350 gsm - 400gsm) badges with pre-printed design. They are high-quality, durable badges and are suitable for multi-day events.
The personalisation on the badge is conducted by printing a label onsite with the attendee details and applying it onto the badge. For the purpose a label printer (e.g Dymo LabelWriter) is used.
The label personalisation badges are available in different sizes and materials upon request. You can find below the design instructions for the most commonly used sizes.

Design Instructions
You are free to design the badge as you wish, you may want to include the below:
An event hashtag
Access to an event app, either by the App Store/Google Play or a QR code
WiFi details – ensure those are confirmed with the venue
Design Team Instructions
Your file needs to include the bleed lines around the outside.
Please ensure that any fonts in your design are outlined
Send us your file as a high-definition print PDF
Note: our supplier may request access to your original design file, so please provide the source / working file as well.
Things to bear in mind when designing for labeled badges:
If you plan to use a white name label, please be aware that these are off-white so it is not recommended to place these onto a white background on the badge.
We recommend including a faint line or box on your badge design so that your label is placed consistently straight and in the correct place.
Our badges as standard have rounded edges, gloss lamination and include an euro slot for lanyards. Other options are available upon request.
If you are ordering multiple badge types, please include the quantities to go with your design (e.g. 500x blue delegate, 100x green sponsor, 25x red staff, etc.)
Your badges will be personalised by applying a label to the pre-printed branded badge stock on site.
Please confirm the following for your name label personalisation preferences at the same time you provide your badge artwork:
Name Label Size (available sizes indicated on the artwork template)
Name Label Fields (what fields you would like printed on the badge)
Name Label Font (please provide the font file in case of a custom font)
Once we have received your design, we will pass this onto our supplier, who will create a proof for your approval before we go to print.
