📄Export Session Groups

You can export the list of all available Session Groups created under your events.

As a first step, navigate to the "Session Groups" section on your event and use the Export option available in the Quick Actions menu.

You can either export a list of all available session groups or a list of selected ones.


Export All Session Groups

To export a list of all available session groups:

1. Click the “Export Session Groups” button in the “Quick Actions” menu.

2. Select “Export All Session Groups” from the available options.

3. A spreadsheet containing a list with all created session groups will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

The exported file will contain a list with the relevant session groups, the total number of assigned sessions to each group and the titles of each session.

Export Selected Session Groups

To export a list of selected session groups:

1. In the “Session Groups” table, select all groups you would like to export

2. Then, click the “Export Session Groups” button in the “Quick Actions” menu.

3. Click “Export Selected Session Groups” from the available options.

4. A spreadsheet containing a list with the selected session groups will be automatically downloaded to your computer.

The exported file will contain a list with the relevant session groups, the total number of assigned sessions to each group and the titles of each session.
