[Managing Session Admins](https://help.noodlelive.com/session-scanning?hsLang=en-gb#managing-session-admins) # 📄Add Session Admins Individually ### 📄Add Session Admins Individually **Session Admins** are dedicated session scanning operators - they are granted permission to scan attendees in / out of specific sessions during the event. **Session Admins** will use the Noodle Live Scanning App to check attendees in / out of sessions. Once you have uploaded your [session list](https://147525920.hs-sites-eu1.com/knowledge-base/import-sessions-locations-noodle-live-help-center?hsLang=en-gb) and configured your [session scanning templates](https://help.noodlelive.com/en/collections/5866293-session-scanning-setup?hsLang=en-gb), it is time to upload your designated Session Admins list. You can create new or edit existing Session Admins under the "**Scanning Admins**" section of the platform available under the **Session Scanning** module. Let's look at the first option in more details below. ### Add Session Admin To manually add a new Session Admin: 1\. Navigate to the "**Scanning Admins**" section on the navigation menu under your event. 2\. Click on the "**Add Session Admin**" button available in the "**Quick Actions**" menu. Fill out the following mandatory details for the session admin in the pop-up window: - **Email Address** - the email address of the admin. - **First Name** - the first name of the admin. - **Last Name** - the last name of the admin. Once done, please click on the "**Save & Close**" button at the bottom of the page. A success message will display at the top of the page and the newly created admin will now be available in the "**Session Scanning Admins List**".
